Our group, recording a steady growth and development from 1994 to the present day, continues to add value for the world economy and its stakeholders particularly in Turkey with its new investments every passing year in the cement, mining, energy and construction sectors which also constitute its exclusive spheres of activity.
 
We entered the Cement Sector in 1996 in Antalya, and we continued our investments by adding grinding and packaging plants established in Sultanköy/Marmara in 2006, Yurt Çimento integrated cement plants in 2007 in Tokat Artova and 2008 in Muş to our group. As a consequence of this rapid development, in 2008 we incorporated an innovative dimension to our family by transferring our 50% shares of Adoçim to one of the leading cement producers in the world, Titan Cement Company.
 
We continue to contribute to our country’s exports through our production entering to different industries in more than 50 countries from our Isparta Şarkikaraağaç, Muş and Gazipaşa barite mine sites which are renown in the world. We carried our awareness out of the boundaries of our country with our knowledge, experience, modern technological methods and our competent human resources in the mining sector. In 2012 we opened a barite production plant in the Jorf Lasfar industrial zone, south of El Jadida, the coastal city of Morocco. We have become a partner with the Baraka Mining Company, which operates barite mine site, in 2016 to ensure sustainable production.
 
Since 2011, we have developed our metal mine plants within our group. Micronized manganese products of our Kahramanmaraş plant, where we completed the investment by the year of 2016, started to enter more sectors.
 
In Energy Sector; our group, which has oriented towards renewable energy sources since 2003 acting with clean energy policy, continues to operate primarily in wind energy, hydroelectricity energy, and solar power sectors and in particular. Finally, we are proud to introduce our Muş Solar Power Plant in 2016.
 
In 2015, we entered the Construction Sector with our company Adozer.
In addition to all of these initiatives, we have been organized in-house employee engagement workshops includes communication, vision & alignment, staff development, motivation, and recognition to ensure that our strategic business objectives are implemented. With our projected growth through our overseas investments and our simultaneous endeavors, we have started to accelerate our institutionalization process. 

We are fully committed to maintaining excellence in Barite Supply Chain processes by a better understanding of market needs to provide value-adding solutions to our customers. In 2017 Along with extended production capacity we have continued investing in geographic regions including warehousing activities in the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom to create new success stories in line with our strategic objectives.

With all its strength, our group will continue its quest to fulfil the vision and mission set forth to achieve more successful business outcomes by integrating the experience stemming from our industrial background with modern marketing and sales approaches.

The founder company of our CS Barite Mining Group - Ado Mining will be celebrating 25 years of continues supply of barite to the world. We take this opportunity to thank all of our stakeholders for being part of our success present our endless gratitude to our esteemed stakeholders contributing to our growth and taking part in our success story that has continued from 1994 to the present day.
